Storefront & orders
Your catalogue with live prices, delivery fee quoted by area, M-Pesa checkout, mobile-first and fast on a weak connection. Online orders land in the same queue as walk-ins.
- Live catalogue
- Area-based delivery
- M-Pesa checkout
Storefront, till, receipts, stock, kitchen tickets, M-Pesa and the AI agents — on one login, one database, one support line. Most shops are paying three vendors who blame each other. Fusion removes the argument.
Nobody buys a platform. You buy the till because the books don't balance, or the storefront because the phone never stops. Fusion is built so the second module costs you nothing extra to integrate.
Your catalogue with live prices, delivery fee quoted by area, M-Pesa checkout, mobile-first and fast on a weak connection. Online orders land in the same queue as walk-ins.
Offline-first POS that keeps selling when the internet drops, prints your logo first, keeps kitchen tickets separate and reconciles cash against M-Pesa at close.
Every sale moves the count. Low-stock alerts arrive before you run out, and the restock list is ready to send to a supplier — no end-of-month stocktake surprise.
Restaurant and butchery under one ceiling, tracked as separate books with separate margins — one dashboard, no blurred numbers, no argument with your accountant.
Pay-and-confirm, automatic receipts, compliant invoicing. The tax file exists before your accountant asks for it, and nobody spends Sunday in a spreadsheet.
Add the fleet and Fusion starts answering WhatsApp, chasing unpaid orders, writing the marketing and sending you four numbers before you open.
| Before Fusion | With Fusion |
|---|---|
| A notebook the till balances live in | Every sale recorded, reconciled at close |
| An Excel stock sheet nobody updates | Stock moves with each sale, alerts before you run out |
| Three vendors and three invoices | One platform, one bill, one support line |
| Orders scattered across four phones | One order queue — walk-in, WhatsApp and online |
| Month-end guesswork | Closing numbers daily, before you leave |
| "Only the manager knows the password" | Roles and permissions, accounts in your name |
Not a feature list — the real sequence a Nairobi shop, butchery or restaurant runs through. Every time stamp is a job running while you serve the queue.
Orders taken overnight, cash expected, stock about to run out, and the two customers who need a follow-up. Ninety seconds, then open the shop.
Goat 1kg, the agent offers chicken mince before confirming, delivery fee quoted by area, order logged, kitchen notified.
Receipt prints with your logo, stock decrements, M-Pesa confirmed, and the sale lands in the same report as the online ones.
Kitchen tickets print in the order the food was paid for. No duplicated plates, no "who took this?", no argument at the pass.
Polite, specific, with today's offer. One message — not five, and not none.
Takings against yesterday, what to restock, what's still unpaid, and which item quietly became your best seller.
Three posts drafted from what actually sold, checked against your prices, queued for the hours your customers are online.
Ten agents with jobs, deadlines and a quality gate — all reporting into one command deck you actually open, because it messages you first.
An order at 9pm gets answered at 9pm. A customer who ghosts gets one polite nudge, not five or none.
Every morning: what sold, what's low, what came in, what's owed. On your phone, before you open.
A quality agent reviews copy, prices and messages before they reach a customer.
Your data, your numbers, your accounts. If you leave, it all leaves with you.
Setup is one-off; the monthly covers hosting, updates, monitoring and support. No per-transaction tax on your own sales.

All of it in one system, which is the point. Fusion holds your catalogue, your till, your stock, your kitchen tickets, your M-Pesa confirmations and, if you want them, the AI agents. Start with the till alone and add the storefront later — same platform, same data, not a second project.
No. If it prints and it's paid for, we run Fusion alongside it for a week, import your product list and compare the numbers at close. Most owners switch once they see the stock count hold. If Fusion isn't better for your shop, keep what you have — we'll tell you.
The till keeps selling offline and syncs when the connection returns. That's a hard requirement for Kenyan shops, not a premium feature — so it's in every plan.
You do. Domain, hosting, M-Pesa and the database stay in your name, and we hand over admin logins plus an export at the end. There's no hostage clause in our contracts.
Send your business name and what you sell. We'll show you the till, the storefront and the morning report — then tell you what it costs and what it replaces.
