20 products is a day. 2,000 with variants, weights and photos is a project. If your list is messy, we quote the cleanup separately instead of hiding it in the build.

Do I need to understand AI to use this?
No. You get a WhatsApp number, a till and a morning summary in plain language. If you can read a message and tap a button, you can run it.
How fast can we start?
The audit takes 48 hours and is free — you get a written plan with prices either way. Once you approve and pay the deposit, most builds go live in 7 to 14 days. Bigger multi-branch jobs run 3 to 4 weeks.
What does it cost to keep running?
Fusion from KES 8,000 a month, the Starter fleet from KES 12,000, up to KES 45,000 for a full enterprise setup. That covers hosting, AI model costs, monitoring and the agents' ongoing work. No per-message surprises.
Will it work for my kind of business?
We've built for butcheries, restaurants, retail shops and service businesses. If your business takes orders, tracks stock or answers the same customer questions every day, it fits. If it doesn't, we'll tell you on the call instead of taking your money.
Who owns the website, the data and the accounts?
You do. Domain, hosting, M-Pesa and payment accounts stay in your name, and you get admin logins at handover. If you leave, the site and data leave with you in a format you can open.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — 50% to start, the balance on handover for builds under KES 100,000. Larger projects are split into three milestones agreed in writing before we begin.
What happens when something breaks?
We monitor the systems, and you have one WhatsApp line to a human — not a ticket queue. Anything we broke in the first 30 days, we fix free.
